• Building relationships: Develop trust and rapport with clients, understanding their needs and motivations.

• Market analysis and valuation: Conduct thorough market research to determine the appropriate pricing for listings and guide buyers in making informed offers.

• Listings and marketing: Prepare captivating property descriptions, stage homes for optimal presentation, and leverage digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.

• Showings and open houses: Professionally present properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

• Negotiation and contracts: Advocate for your clients' best interests during negotiations and ensure all contracts are accurate and legally sound.

• Transaction management: Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients from start to finish.

• Staying informed: Continuously update your knowledge of the local market, legal regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Active California real estate license(we can help)

• Proven experience in residential real estate sales (preferred)
